Plateau State Deputy Governor, Mrs Josephine Piyo, felicitates with Dame Pauline Tallen on the occasion of her 65th birthday.
In a statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the Deputy Governor, Martha Nyam, said Piyo described Tallen as a woman of many virtues, who has carved a niche for herself as a trailblazer in both political and public service arenas.
She said Tallen's contributions to the advancement of Plateau State and Nigeria as a whole are exemplary and deserving of commendation.
Piyo added that as a former Deputy Governor of Plateau State and Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Dame Tallen has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and an unwavering commitment to the welfare and progress of Nigerians.
She further noted that Tallen's selfless service to humanity stands as a testament to her enduring qualities of being a compassionate and dedicated public servant, her contributions towards the socio-economic development of Plateau State, and her passion for creating an enabling environment for growth and prosperity.
The Deputy Governor also commended Tallen for consistently championing the cause aimed at uplifting the lives of the less privileged, particularly women and children, noting that her unwavering determination to empower the marginalised has earned her the respect and admiration of many, particularly aspiring women in politics.
She wished her a joyous birthday anniversary celebration and prayed to God to fill her with love, good health, and an abundance of blessings.
