Nigeria Police Force says the current security challenges bedeviling the Country required collective efforts toward a sustainable solution.
The newly posted area Commander, of Saminaka area Command, ACP Ibrahim Jibril Muhammad made this known during a courtesy visit to the Emir of Lere Alh Sulaiman Umaru.
ACP Ibrahim Jibril Muhammad said security and protection of lives and property of Nigerians need to be given adequate attention with sincerity by stakeholders.
He also appealed to Nigerians to always report any suspicious movement and objects to security agencies for prompt action.
Earlier, the Emir of Lere Alh. Sulaiman Umaru assured the Commander of the full support of his people to enable the police to discharge their duties effectively
Alh. Sulaiman Umaru maintained that the structure of the proposed Lere Police Division Headquarters would soon be put in place as part of the effort to support the Nigerian police.
