People’s Democratic Party Unveils 5-points Agenda For Kaduna State

The Kaduna state People’s Democratic Party gubernatorial candidate, Hon Isah Mohd Ashiru Kudan has promised to end the insecurity bedeviling the state in the first year in office.

He however unveiled five points agenda that his administration will give priority when elected as the next governor; which includes Security, Agriculture, Education (science and technology), Health and Youth, and Women Empowerment.

Ashiru Kudan made the promise during a media parley organized by the Nigerian Union of Journalists, NUJ, Kaduna state council, held at the Union secretariat recently in Kaduna.

“Our vision is to build a state where leaders honor the public trust bestowed upon them and for the citizens of the state to appreciate the dividends of democracy through social justice, equity, and inclusive governance”.


He also promised to partner with nongovernment organizations and international monetary agencies for subsidizing the huge indebtedness of over 5074m US dollars in different foreign financial institutions.


The two-term PDP gubernatorial candidate, however, promised to partner with the journalist and the Union as the fourth estate of the realm to contribute a lot to the development of the state and the nation at large.


In his address to the PDP campaign director general Kaduna state, also the party gubernatorial aspirant Hon Saidu Haruna AG, emphasized that ” our mission is to evolve a proactive approach within the principles of democratic tenets that aims at providing equal opportunities for all citizens of the state, to attain their full potentials through the provision of adequate, effective and efficient instruments of good governance.
