As the 2023 general election approaches, Political parties and politicians have been called upon to support women aspirants and to give them at least fifty percent of the appointments in government, being the highest voters in Nigeria.
The Communication Officer of Dinidari Africa, Kaduna Office, Clara Jack disclosed this to newsmen on the sideline of training of about seventy women on political participation in Kaduna.
She explained that the main objective of the training is to impart knowledge to women on how to participate in politics.
The Dinidari Africa Communication Officer said the training is going to equip women with the laws and political parties’ constitutions of the parties before vying for any political position.
Çlara Jack charged the women to vote wisely for persons that will protect their rights, dignity, and image.
Some participants at the workshop in an interview expressed delight and lauded Dinidari Africa for organizing the training.
