2023 POLLS: NNPP Prioritizes Education…Declares WAEC, NECO, JAMB Free


…presents flags to its standard bearers in Northwest zone 


The New Nigeria People’s Party, (NNPP) has flagged off its 2023 Northwest Zonal campaign with the presentation of flags to its candidates vying for various electives positions at the national level during the general elections.

The flag-off ceremony which was held at the main bowl of Ahmadu Bello Stadium, Kaduna, has in attendance, the 7 gubernatorial candidates and 21 senatorial as well as House of Representatives candidates of the party from the zone.

The NNPP National Chairman professor Ahmed Alkali and its Presidential Candidate, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, while presenting the party’s flags to the respective candidates urged them to intensify their efforts at ensuring the success of the party at all levels in the 2023 general elections.

Senator Kwankwaso who thanked members of the party for finding time to grace the zonal rally stressed the need for them to support the party to win all positions it fielded candidates.

“We want to thank you all, especially the candidates who have created time to be here to collect their flags, and don’t forget to tell Nigerians the good blueprint that was have for Nigerians”. “Our blueprint is the best blueprint ever in this country”.


According to the NNPP presidential candidate, the 152-page document has covered some critical areas like education, where the party decided to cancel the purchase of any forms ranging from WAEC, NECO, JAMB, or any application to any institution.

He said in the primary level NNPP administration would build five hundred thousand classrooms across the country for the over 20 million out-of-school children.


“The idea is to allow the sons and daughters of the poor to go the highest level of education in Nigeria, so children of the poor will reach their maximum potential under our government”.

On his part, the national party chairman Professor Ahmed Rufai Alkali stated that the Northwest region had been a major contributor in the evolution of modern Nigeria, hence happy to be in the zone, “as part our series of zonal rallies to present our presidential candidate, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso”.


Professor Ahmed Rufai Alkali who asked some questions, however, stressed the need for Nigerians to elect a leader with the qualities of Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso.

In a welcome remark, Kaduna State NNPP’s gubernatorial candidate, Senator Suleiman Usman Hunkuyi who welcomed all party members to Kaduna State, highlighted the significance of the presentation of party flags to the candidates. He called for the support of all candidates to succeed at the 2023 general polls.
