Rainstorm has destroyed property worth millions of naira in Bugai village, Chikun local government area of Kaduna state.
The spokesmen for the community, Gideon Tanko Dutse and Dogara Giwa lamented over the incident and called on government urgent intervention.
The property destroyed include Nineteen electric poles, business centers and so many houses.
The spokesmen for the community, said except government come to their help, the people in the area, may not be able to fix the electric poles to restore light back.
They added that some community members are surviving through the day to day businesses, hence the need for government and wealthy individuals as well as corperate bodies to assist the community.
Mr. Gideon Tanko Dutse and Mr. Dogara Giwa also stated that the restoration of the light and other amenities been destroyed by the rainstorm will boots economy activities in the local government and the state as a whole.
