President Tinubu Appoints Amb Rimi, Seven Other New Permanent Secretaries

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the appointment of Ambassador Nura Abba Rimi, a Nigerian diplomat who currently serves as the country’s ambassador to the Arab Republic of Egypt, and seven others as new permanent secretaries.

This was contained in a statement signed by President Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale.

The appointment follows the recently concluded selection process by the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation,

President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of eight new Permanent Secretaries in the Federal Civil Service following the conclusion selection process.

Tinubu anticipates that the new Permanent Secretaries, having emerged at the top of qualified candidates after a diligent assessment process, will deploy their expertise and competence in the effective execution of the Renewed Hope mandate to revitalize service delivery in all the Federal Ministries, Departments, and Agencies in the superseding interest of the Nigerian people.
