Plateau State Deputy Governor, Mrs Josephine Piyo has lauded the appointment of Mrs Christy Elisha, as the Acting Auditor General of the state and that of Local Government Liaison Officers, describing the appointments as timely and round pegs in round holes.
In a congratulatory message, Piyo hailed Governor Mutfwang’s commitment to bringing the state closer to realizing its aspirations by appointing individuals who would take the state to enviable heights.
She emphasised the importance of undertaking their duties with utmost diligence and unwavering commitment to integrity.
Mrs Piyo stated that it was the collective goal of the appointees to further develop Plateau State, and believe that the appointments would bring the state closer to realizing its aspirations.
She stated that the appointments would drive development at the grassroots level and bring about meaningful development in the state.
The Local Government Liaison Officers appointed are, Rt. Hon. Moses Sule, Mikang Constituency, Rt. Hon. Fom Gwottson Dalyop, Jos South Constituency, Hon. Maren Ishaku, Bokkos Constituency, Hon. Ibrahim Agbalak, Rukuba/Irigwe Constituency, Hon. Bala Fwangje – Mangu South Constituency.
Others are, Hon. Nanbol Rimvyat, Langtang North-Central Constituency, Hon. Cornelius Doeyok, Qua’an-Pan South Constituency, Hon. Sani Abubakar Idris, Mangu North East Constituency, Hon. Elisha Bisidi, Pengana Constituency, Hon. Nannim Joseph, Langtang North-North Constituency, Hon. Paul Datugun, Qua’an-Pan North Constituency, Hon. Salome Waklek, Pankshin South Constituency, Rt. Hon.
