The Senior Special Assistant to the Chairman of Jos North Local Government Area, Hon. William Richard Tokchak, has extended warm felicitations to the wife of the Plateau State Governor, Barr. Mrs. Helen Mutfwang, on the joyous occasion of her birthday.

In a goodwill message personally signed by him, Hon. Tokchak described the First Lady as a beacon of hope, a source of inspiration, and a pillar of support to the people of Plateau State, especially women, children, and the less privileged.

According to him, Mrs. Mutfwang’s selfless contributions to humanitarian causes, her tireless advocacy for women empowerment, and her unwavering commitment to the welfare of the vulnerable have distinguished her as a First Lady whose impact transcends the walls of Government House.

“On behalf of myself, my family, and the entire team of the Chairman of Jos North Local Government Area, I heartily join millions of well-wishers in celebrating a remarkable woman whose life is dedicated to service and compassion. Your Excellency, you have consistently demonstrated humility, grace, and a motherly spirit that touches lives across all divides. Your birthday is not only a celebration of life but also a celebration of your good works,” Tokchak stated.

He further prayed for God’s continued blessings, good health, and wisdom for the First Lady, adding that her partnership with Governor Caleb Mutfwang has brought renewed hope and unity to Plateau State.

“May this new age usher in greater strength to pursue your vision for a better society, and may you continue to be a shining light and role model to all,” he added.

The Jos North LGA SSA also reaffirmed his commitment to supporting the policies and programmes of the Governor’s administration, which, he noted, have been complemented by the First Lady’s humanitarian outreach and community-based initiatives.

Mrs. Helen Mutfwang, a lawyer and advocate of social justice, has over the years championed causes aimed at improving access to education, healthcare, and economic opportunities for women and youth. Her birthday this year has been marked by an outpouring of goodwill messages from political leaders, community stakeholders, and citizens across the state.
