Plateau State – Hon. Dr. Dayyabu Yusuf Garga, The Walin Garga and Galadiman Jhar, has extended warm felicitations to the First Lady and wife of the Executive Governor of Plateau State, Barrister Mrs. Helen Mutfwang, on the occasion of her birthday.
In a statement issued on behalf of his family, political associates, and friends, Dr. Garga described the First Lady as a compassionate and purposeful leader who has championed the welfare of women and children in Plateau State with sincerity and commitment.
He commended her numerous grassroots-oriented programmes which, he said, have positively impacted women, youths, and children, whom he described as “the bedrock and stabilisers of our society.”
“As you mark this special day, we pray that Almighty God will grant you more wisdom, good health, and strength to continue in your selfless service to humanity. May your light never grow dim, and may your life continue to inspire and bless those who need it most,” he stated.
Dr. Garga lauded Mrs. Mutfwang’s role as “a mother to the poor, a friend to the downtrodden, and a pillar of hope for many,” while wishing her a happy and fulfilling year ahead.
Hon. Dr. Dayyabu Yusuf Garga is a former Commissioner and Executive Chairman of Kanam Local Government Council and currently serves as a member of the Plateau State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board.
