Alhaji SURAJO Baba MALUMFASHI has been appointed as the chairman of Katsina utd FC based on his performance at the grassroots level although before his appointment he has be on the board of the club and as well chairman of MALUMFASHI United FC club playing in the Nigerian National league.
The young football Administrator has contributed to the development of football right from secondary School Days up to higher institutions and with his track Records the former Governor Alh Aminu Bello masari never denied him the opportunity to serve.
“I was very happy when I was informed that am to be given the chairman of our famous club katsina utd FC, am ready to serve my people and with the capable hands on ground I don’t think I would have any dull moments and with the coming of the New Governor we shall work for progress of development of the game of football and return to the Nigerian premiership league”.
He stated already Katsina Utd Fc has maintained a good position in the lower league.
