The Lifidin Jama'a Charity Foundation has enrolled Fifty, 50 Orphans under a Scholarship Scheme to acquire Basic Education as part of an effort to improve their well-being for socio-economic growth and development.
Founder of the Foundation, Alh. Bashir Idris disclosed this while flagging off the distribution of educational materials to the beneficiaries in Kafanchan, Jema'a local government area of Kaduna State, Nigeria.
He acknowledged the Almighty Allah for the grace bestowed on him to support the most vulnerable group in the area of education, saying the gesture would go a long way in enhancing progress through human Capital development.
Bashir Idris pointed out that the Foundation is targeting more orphans across the eight local government areas of Kaduna South Senatorial District in the next batch, aimed at promoting basic education in the region for sustainable development.
According to him, the enrollment is being done based on the need assessment toward ensuring inclusivity in line with the database information carried out by the Scholarship Committee in the area.
The Humanitarian Advocates called on the beneficiaries to take advantage of the exercise, saying it's an initiative to eradicate poverty, promote self-reliance, and ensure maximum productivity in the critical sectors of the economy for inclusive growth and development of Nigeria as a whole.
