The Divisional Police Officer, (DPO) in charge of Millennium City, Danbushiya, CSP Lawal Abdullahi has been described as “being honest and showing a consistent and uncompromising to police ethical principles and values.”
The Superintendent of police Suleiman Adamu Mahmud gave the testimony while commenting on the Award of Excellence Services To Humanity in Kaduna.
He described the award given to their DPO as well deserved as his services to humanity and his personnel in the division, remain the best.
Receiving the award, the DPO of Millennium City, Danbushiya, CSP Lawal Abdullahi Danbushiya, thanked the Inspector General of Police, the Kaduna State Commissioner of Police for finding him worthy to serve the country.
While dedicating the award to the personnel of the division, CSP Abdullahi said, even “Citizens are mostly involved in policing activities as the ‘eyes and ears’ of the police by proving intelligence.”
“This is because the work of policing should not be left to officers and men of the Nigeria Police alone. Citizens must also get involved and work hand-in-hand with the police. The sooner this is done, the earlier we can all begin to enjoy the safe, secure, and prosperous Nigerian society of our dreams”.
He appreciated the people of Millennium City for the support given to them and solicited for continued to provide the police with timely and useful information to enable them to curb criminality in the community.
