It could be recalled that on March 6, 2021, The Senate Panel summoned the Managing Director of Bank of Agric following the query raised by the Office of Auditor General’s 2017 report on the missing vehicles in the Bank of Agric in Kaduna.

However, when the Managing Director of the Bank appeared before the Panel to respond to the query about the missing of about N49 million, no document was presented to the members of the Committee.

The Managing Director was only able to present a letter from the Ministry of Agric which mandated him to withdraw money from the Agricultural Mechanization  Fund to procure the vehicles.
