APC Coalition Assures Tinubu, Uba Sani of 2 Million Grassroots Votes in Kaduna for 2027

KADUNA, NIGERIA — The Coalition of APC Support Groups for Tinubu and Uba Sani Continuity 2027 has expressed absolute confidence in a sweeping victory for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2027 general elections, declaring that the political opposition in Nigeria is practically non-existent.

Speaking in an interview after the flag-off of a distribution of fertilizer for APC support groups in the Northwest in Kaduna, the State Coordinator of APC Kiddan Waje and Coalition Chairman, Alhaji Musa Bawa, FCNA, revealed that the group is actively working to deliver over two million grassroots votes across Kaduna State alone to secure the continuity of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Uba Sani.

"No Opposition in Nigeria"

Evaluating the current political landscape, Alhaji Pawa dismissed the capacity of rival political parties to challenge the ruling party in the next general elections.

"We don't have any opposition in Nigeria. Already, we are thinking of Tinubu in Aso Villa 2027 and Uba Sani, Bawa stated. "If you look at what is happening, there is no opposition in Nigeria because they have killed themselves. They are changing parties from one party to another because they could not get a ticket."

He added that many defectors left the APC simply because they failed to perform well enough to earn the party's ticket, reiterating that the APC consistently produces credible candidates capable of winning any contest.

Bawa pointed to visible strides in education, transportation, and road infrastructure as the primary reasons the populace will sustain their support for both the federal and state administrations.

Fertilizer Distribution to Grassroots Members

The interview took place on the sidelines of the distribution flag-off, which saw more than 200 bags of fertilizer being allocated to local farmers and party loyalists.

According to Alhaji Bawa, the agricultural input was donated by the coalition's grand patron, Alhaji Baffa Babba Dan'agundi, who currently serves as the Director-General of the National Productivity Centre and was formerly the Director of the Tinubu-Shettima Support Group (Northwest) during the 2023 campaign.

Bawa emphasized that this marks the third consecutive time the Director-General has extended critical welfare interventions to the group's members, adding that the beneficiaries—predominantly grassroots supporters of the Tinubu, Shettima, and Uba Sani mandates—have also been direct recipients of various state-led interventions driven by Governor Uba Sani.

Intensive Mobilization Campaign Underway

When questioned on the realism of the two-million-vote target for Kaduna State, Musa Bawa maintained that the figure is backed by hard facts and structured, ongoing efforts rather than political hyperbole.

To achieve this milestone, the coalition has established a robust statewide structure with active coordinators in all 23 local government areas of Kaduna State. Additionally, a dedicated Contact and Mobilization Department within the group is actively conducting door-to-door and room-to-room advocacy across these areas. This targeted mobilization strategy is designed to engage grassroots voters directly and secure a concrete baseline of support for all eligible APC candidates ahead of 2027.

"These two million votes we are projecting are the facts," Bawa concluded, noting that the combination of grassroots outreach and visible governance will naturally translate into electoral success.
