Mrs. Lydia Dachung Bagos, the Executive Director of Dachung Musa Bagos Foundation, marked the 2024 International Women's Day Celebration by generously gifting an undisclosed amount of money to women across various locations in Jos South, including the old airport junction, Kadima, Miango junction, and Federal low-cost junction.

This is contained in a statement by the Directorate of Information and Communication, Dachung Musa Bagos Foundation (DMBF) issued in Jos, Plateau State Capital.

Leading the foundation's team, Program Manager Dali Alpha visited women at their respective places of trade to deliver the gifts on behalf of Mrs. Bagos.

The initiative aimed to support women in their businesses and families, aligning with the 2024 International Women's Day theme, "Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress." This resonates with the foundation's focus on women's empowerment and support.

Expressing gratitude for the thoughtful gesture, Malama Habiba, a widow for seven years reliant on daily sales to feed her children at the State Low-Cost Junction Market, and Mrs. Kangyang at the Old Airport Junction, spoke on behalf of other women, extending thanks to Mrs. Bagos and the Dachung Musa Bagos Foundation.
